No Show Policy

Any appointment that is a NO SHOW, the entire service amount booked must be paid in full. If it is not, you must take care of the missed appointment fee prior to booking with us again.

We will require a credit card on file for all future bookings. If you call to book an appointment, please be prepared to add a credit card to hold your appointment. The card will only be charged if you NO SHOW.

Our estheticians and massage therapists are paid on a commission base and their time is valuable. We do understand that life happens and would appreciate a call to cancel as soon as you realize that you are unable to make your appointment.
